This package documents your existing procedure from supplied notes or transcripts. Inventing an operating process is outside the scope.
Are these certified compliance documents?
No. SOP Studio provides internal process documentation. Compliance certification is not included.
What does each SOP include?
Each of the two process documents includes a checklist and owner handoff, with responsibility and exception notes based on the information you supply.
When will I receive my package?
Our target is five business days after verified payment and complete inputs. Missing source material or unanswered questions may delay the start of work. Your private workspace shows package status.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. One consolidated revision request is included when submitted within seven days of delivery. It must stay within the purchased scope.
